The Jeep Wrangler JK odular XHD Snorkel Syste relocates the venerable stock air intake location to help reduce dust clogged filters and the risk of hydro-locking your engine. It is designed with the odular functionality of a pre-filter low ount and ra high ount air intake design. Unlike other snorkels you don??t have to give up flexibility for functionality. The snorkel was engineered to allow your windshield to fold and your doors to be reoved. It was built for use with the dual battery tray windshield light bar and windshield light ounting tab because what good is having a snorkel to cross the river if you have to leave your lights and the dual battery to power your winch on the other side? The odular XHD Snorkel Syste coes coplete with with low and high ount intakes. The pre-filter low ount relocates the air intake to just below the windshield and draws cool air from outside the hot engine copartent. The ra high ount design allows the air intake to be extended up an additional 21?? to the top of your windshield. The two air intake ounts are easily interchangeable to give you the odular functionality best suited to your needs. The syste is anufactured from preiu therofored plastic andrel bent aluinu and hi-tep silicone connection hoses. Built in anual drain valves channel away excess water to prevent it from entering the intake syste. It installs with inor odification to the fender. The new lower air cleaner box installs in place of the factory unit.
